In Argentina hunters will find a dozen duck species that are endemic to the Southern hemisphere. The most common species are the Brazilian teal, pintail, rosy-billed pochard, silver and white-fronted teal and two species of whistling ducks.
We lease several properties in La Pampa, Buenos Aires and Entre Rios provinces in order to have as many options as possible to assure the best duck hunting throughout the whole season. All duck hunts can be combined with high volume doves, perdiz over dogs and decoyed pigeon.
Regular season: May 1st to August 31st (can vary slightly from year to year)
Extended season: Due to the damage ducks produce to rice fields it is possible to obtain off-season permits to shoot from Sept 1st to Dec 31st. These spring duck hunts can be combined with dorado fishing in the Uruguay or Corrientes rivers.
